New Furniture Outlet reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in these Terms will be effective when posted. Pricing

While New Furniture Outlet works to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. New Furniture Outlet cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, New Furniture Outlet shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, New Furniture Outlet may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax. Sales tax and delivery charges will be charged on your order as applicable. At any time after your purchase, we can correct mistakes in calculating pricing or arithmetic made in computing your purchase price.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order with a 35% restocking fee, 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. No refunds are available and sales cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered or picked up. New Furniture Outlet reserves the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice, following receipt of your order.

Warranty 

New Furniture Outlet, Inc. warrants our furniture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pick-up. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a receipt. Manufacturer's defects in mattresses and waterbed heaters are specifically covered under the manufacturer's warranty (see factory warranty for terms and conditions). Warranty service will cover parts and not labor to the merchandise. The trip charge will be waived for merchandise delivered by New Furniture Outlet, Inc. if a warranty defect occurs and is reported within the twenty four (24) hours of pickup/delivery of products. Visible surface damage (scratches, nicks, tears, etc.) are not covered under this warranty unless reported on pickup or on delivery. New Furniture Outlet, Inc. is not responsible for visible surface damage to product that has been picked up from our service center unless it is noted at the original time of pick up. The warranty is VOID if the merchandise has been moved from the original delivery address or if New FurnitureOutlet, Inc. determines the furniture damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident, or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as commercial use. The above stated warranty is limited to parts, repair or replacement of defective product at the option of New Furniture Outlet, Inc. Any damage for breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property other than the defective product is excluded. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. This is the exclusive express warranty. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, and delivery address only. Any and all other statements or express warranties are specifically denied. Delivery

We offer delivery service to you or another person over age 18. Once you have accepted delivery, you cannot return your furniture. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation; contact us prior to the delivery personal leaving your home. If a service technician needs to be scheduled or new product needs to be ordered we will take immediate action to remedy the situation.

Customer Pick Up

Merchandise may be picked up at our location during business hours. New Furniture Outlet will assist in loading. You are solely responsible for securing your merchandise to your vehicle; New Furniture Outlet is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle. Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval inform the manager on duty. Once your furniture has been picked up it cannot be returned.

Changes of Address 

Please read your sales receipt or email receipt carefully to ensure that your address and other personal information are accurate. You are responsible for any inaccuracies in your address and other personal information. You must make any change of the delivery address or change in the order either in person or by telephone and the change will be binding only if the change is confirmed 48 hours before delivery. Changes in your address or other personal information may delay delivery, and you may be charged a fee for deliveries made to you at the wrong address on your sales receipt if such address is incorrect.

Additional Purchase Terms

Purchase of the described merchandise at the price stated on the invoice, and receipt of copy of the invoice, are hereby acknowledged. For refunds due to cancellation. If this is a charge or finance purchase, customer acknowledges that this sale is pursuant and subject to terms and conditions of the buyer's or cardholder's finance agreement with seller and creditor which are incorporated by this reference. If purchase is financed, you give us and creditor a purchase-money security interest on any goods purchased in this transaction. If payment is by credit card, card member acknowledges receipt of goods and/or services in the amount shown hereon and agrees to perform the obligations set forth by the card member's agreement with the Issuer. Customer consents to New Furniture Outlet or its affiliates contacting customer using all channels of communication and for all purposes, including delivery/pickup or promotional and marketing purposes, with the contact information customer has provided. New Furniture Outlet's use of that information may include text or email messages, automatic telephone dialing systems and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Customer further agrees that all disputes relating to or arising out of customer's relationship with New Furniture Outlet will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with terms contained in New Furniture Outlet's online site and or location, which may be reviewed at www.NewFurnitureOutlet.com.
